Siding, soffit and fascia, done by the crew that checks the wall first.
Siding is Colton's specialty, and his crew is hundreds of jobs deep in it across Springfield and the Ozarks. New siding, wrapped soffit and fascia, and metal trim that seals the edges of the house so water stays out and the finish holds up.
What happens before the new siding goes on
New siding should never cover up a problem. When the old material comes off, the wall behind it gets checked before anything new goes up: damaged sheathing, rot, and signs of water intrusion get photographed and fixed first. You see what was behind your walls, and you know it was handled instead of hidden.

What the crew handles
- New siding installation and full replacement
- Soffit and fascia, wrapped and vented right
- Metal wrapping on trim, windows, and edges that take weather
- House wrap and insulation board under the new material
- Repairs where a section is damaged and the rest is sound

Why the edges matter
Most siding failures start at the edges: fascia that was never wrapped, soffit with no airflow, trim that lets water track behind the wall. Metal wrapping seals those edges so the paint-and-caulk cycle stops and the house stays tight. It is the difference between siding that looks good the first year and siding that still looks right in year fifteen.
